This is THE PLACE to get trashed. The rate at which at least one person puking each night there is 98%; fits the aesthetic, with their sign taped to their broken window, warning others to not lean against it because a "wildling drunk" broke it.
Highly recommend their yogurt soju. Sounds gross, but it's a must try! There's only one size for the yogurt soju, and it can be shared 3~ people. Another good flavor to try is citrus, one of the few flavors that doesn't taste like medicine.
Their fried chicken was delicious! Tasted like what you would get at Korean households, and scallion pancakes are perfect for vegetarians. Their hotpot noodles were delicious as well, but the exact name escapes me. It's huge and can be shared with more than one person. -

My last 2 visits were awful. Staffs never smile, even had attitude & eye rolled when I was asking if the side of rice in my order could be substitute to ramen. Bad service overall.
I was there last night with my family. It was dinner time, about 5 tables filled when we walked in. There were only 2 staffs but they were busy enjoying their hot pot so we had to wait a little bit to order or to request some napkins.
Waiter insisted on checking my ID despite I did not order any alcohol ??? I explained that I don't drink so why would you need to check my ID, the yogurt soju were for my husband, brother, sister only and they had their IDs ready. He said "sometimes the polices will check" so... I showed him my ID cuz I didn't wanna argue but it really ruined my dinner. I am not sure if our waiter even has any TIPS certificate.
The restaurant started to get busier so staffs finally decided to stop enjoying their hot pot, got up and work. At this moment I already noticed many tables ran out of their patience for waiting long to order.
Oh and they of course never check on us since we got the food until we left.
I love their Gopchang Jungol, left 18% tip and really hope it be different next time. But it seems to be long until my next visit cuz I will only come back when craving for this soup so badly. -

This place has the worst service of all time. Cocky and arrogant workers and staff with no sense of attentiveness. Kimchi couldn't have been any less fresh and they short you on food portions.
Also, don't get a beer tower or pitcher because they place a stupid ice "cooler" sort of mechanism in their pitchers that will literally short you at least 10-12 FL OZ and they definitely do that on purpose to cut down on costs. Who they hell needs that in a pitcher? -

I've only ever been to MD for some late night drinks and its a got a solid vibe here. Really chill and laid back where you can down some soju with your friends. Service is quick as well and friendly. I haven't tried the food yet so I can't give MD a 5 piece. Overall though if I don't want to head into the city I always come by MD for some reasonably priced drinks since I'm around the area.

My sister and I came here for dinner before a concert in the area. The place was hopping with a very fun neon vibe. They serve huge colorful soju cocktails towers that a lot of patrons were taking advantage of. We were seated quickly despite the fact that it was pretty busy. I got the soft tofu stew (soon tofu jigae) and my sister got bibimbap. Soon tofu jigae is a favorite of mine and this one was no exception. My sister and I also shared a soju cocktail out of a pineapple. The pineapple is hollowed out with a soju cocktail inside. It is served with a ladle and cups so you don't have to drink straight out of the fruit. The drink was yummy and not too sweet. I had a very fun time here and wish I was in the area more!
